Blike offers a few delivery/collection options, available during working hours Monday to Friday. If delivery/collection within office hours is difficult for you, just get in touch and we will do our very best to arrange a suitable time.

Whichever option you choose, it includes a pre-ride safety check as part of your package. To ensure your comfort, safety and to validate the bike’s warranty, it is important that the safety check is carried out before you take it for a spin. 

New Bikes

We will set up the bike, install any accessories you have chosen and take down its vital statistics in our workshop and a Blike technician will run through the features, accessories and app (if it has one).

The bike will be fully charged and after a quick fitting, you’ll be ready to go!

There will be a courier cost of approx £45-£85 to deliver to you depending on the location. Your bike will be fully built, PDI’d (pre-delivery inspection), charged and ready to ride.

We will arrange for your bike to be partially built, re- boxed and sent to a bike shop near you. They will build the bike and give it its PDI (pre-delivery inspection). Blike will then arrange a time for you to collect the bike from them. Please note that in the event you end your subscription, you will be asked to return the bike to the bike shop and they will re-box and courier it back to Blike and you will be charged around £145 for the re-box & return.

ReCycles

We will set up the bike, install any accessories you have chosen and take down its vital statistics in our workshop and a Blike technician will run through the features, accessories and app (if it has one).

The bike will be fully charged and after a quick fitting, you’ll be ready to go!

We can then arrange a suitable time to deliver it to you at your home or office within London. The bike will arrive fully charged. You will be charged a delivery fee which can range between £45-£85 depending on your location. Please note that in the event you end your subscription, there will be a similar courier charge to collect and return the bike to us. You have the option to avoid this cost by returning to our Blike Workshop in person.
